TAXES & DUTIES

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page. HU VAT will be applied to orders dispatched within the Hungary. Local VAT will be applied to all other EU destinations.

DELIVERY

Your orders can be shipped to any preferred address. Terms & Conditions of our Delivery Partner apply. Please browse their website for all details.

INSURANCES

You may purchase insurance for your delivery during the checkout process by ticking the insurance box.
Please note, if your delivery is above a certain value, you will not have the option to opt out of signature confirmation. This is to insure the safe arrival of your order.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

According to Government Order no. 45/2014 and the present section 8, the Customer has the right to rescind from the sales contract without any further notice within fourteen (14) working days from the receipt of the Product, and in case of purchase of any service, within fourteen (14) working days from contracting.

If the Customer rescinds from the sales contract in accordance with 8.1 herein, he/she will be obliged to return the Product to Prieston on his/her own expense. In addition, the Customer is obliged to refund all damages to the Product resulting from improper use.

EXCHANGE

Warranty claims may be enforced by the Customer, if the Product has defects at the time of the handover of the Product. If the Customer was aware of the defect at the time of contracting, or he/she should have been aware of the defect, Prieston is exempted from warrant liability.

6.5. The Customer may enforce his/her warranty or guarantee claim within the given time as he/she transports the concerned Product on own expenses to Prieston’s head office. The Customer may also enforce his/her guarantee and/or warranty demands by sending the concerned product via post to Prieston with the detailed description of the defect as a base of the claim enclosed within. After the occurrence of the above, Prieston must, within fifteen (15) days from the delivery of the claim, ensure the fulfilment of the guarantee and warranty liability, provided that the claim is well-founded, in which case Prieston is also liable for the postal charges.

REFUNDS

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit to your PRIESTON account.
Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

OUR POLICY

All items must be returned new, unused and with all PRIESTON and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.

Repeated Returns

Please handle light-colored bags carefully if you are still deciding whether you will be keeping the item. Please note that dark items of clothing can transfer dye to light-colored bags.

Lingerie & Swimwear

Briefs, swimsuits and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip.

Colors

We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on PRIESTON as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of a color will be completely accurate.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro. Your payments will be processed via Paypal.
You may choose to pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to ‘Log In’ and review the amount shown before clicking ‘Pay Now’. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to PRIESTON.
